Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to hlxpeptide.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any product from HLX Peptide (“HLX Peptide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Research use only

All products sold on this Site are sold strictly for laboratory research and development purposes, including in vitro and analytical use. Products are not drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, or any diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use, and they are not for veterinary use. No product or statement on this Site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

We do not provide, and this Site does not contain, dosing, administration, or usage guidance for humans or animals. Nothing on this Site is medical advice.

2. Eligibility and buyer representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are purchasing the products solely for lawful, in vitro laboratory research;

  • you will not resell, repackage, relabel, or redistribute any product for human or animal use; and
  • your purchase and use of the products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction.

We may ask you to verify your identity, affiliation, or intended use at any time, and we may decline, cancel, or hold any order at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably believe these representations are inaccurate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or any product in violation of these Terms or applicable law. You agree not to misrepresent your identity, credentials, or intended use; interfere with the operation or security of the Site; scrape or copy Site content in bulk without permission; or use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, in which case you will receive a full refund of amounts charged. Sales tax is added where required by law.

Payment is due at the time of order. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. We may cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Shipping, risk of loss, and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.

6. Product information and certificates of analysis

We publish certificates of analysis (COAs) and product specifications for informational purposes. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith but may contain minor variations, and we do not warrant that they are complete or error-free. Storage and handling information is provided for the preservation of the material only.

7. Handling and compliance

You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products you purchase, and for ensuring that your possession and use of them is lawful where you are located. Products may be hazardous if mishandled. Safety information is available on request.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HLX PEPTIDE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM ANY USE OF A PRODUCT OTHER THAN LAWFUL LABORATORY RESEARCH. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HLX Peptide and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of your eligibility or intended use, or your use, handling, or disposal of any product.

11. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by or licensed to HLX Peptide and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. The HLX Peptide name and logo are our marks.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy at hlxpeptide.com/privacy-policy/.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the Site or a new order after an update constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
