We don’t ask you to take our word for purity. Our products are tested by independent third-party labs, BT Labs and Krause Analytical, and our certificates of analysis (COAs) from those labs are published on our site, so you can review the results before you buy.

Our Testing Process

1. Independent lab testing: samples are sent to BT Labs or Krause Analytical, neither of which has any financial connection to HLX Peptide.
2. Tested for: purity by HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) and identity to confirm the compound matches its label.
3. Published: the full, unedited COA is posted to our COA Library.
4. Purity: >99% on published certificates. The HPLC purity of each lot is listed beside its certificate in the COA Library.

Verify It Yourself

Each certificate in our COA Library has a View COA link to the lab’s PDF report. Each report shows the test date, method, purity and identity results.

How to Read a COA

• Purity (%): the share of the sample that is the target peptide
• Identity result: confirms the compound is what the label says.
• Test date: when the sample was analyzed

Storage & Shipping

• Supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder for stability
• Shipped from Fort Lauderdale, FL, with tracking on every order
• Recommended storage on arrival: keep refrigerated (2–8°C / 36–46°F), away from light and moisture. For long-term storage, freeze at −20°C (−4°F).

Our Guarantee

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, box and shipping label, and a short description. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund. Refunds process in 5–10 business days.
• Lost packages: if tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, or a package is marked delivered but didn’t arrive, we’ll work with the carrier and reship or refund once the loss is confirmed.
• Cancellations: orders can be cancelled by email any time before they ship.
• Returns: for quality-control and safety reasons, research materials can’t be returned once they leave our facility, opened or unopened.

Can I return an unopened item?

No. To protect product integrity, research materials can’t be returned once shipped. Damaged, incorrect and lost orders are covered by our guarantee above.
